Caroline Popper is an internist and pathologist. She received her medical degree from the University of the Witwatersrand (South Africa) and her M.P.H. from Johns Hopkins University. She completed her residencies in internal medicine and in pathology at Johns Hopkins.  

Popper’s career has been focused on the commercialization of technology in public multinational companies and in private startups, globally. Her responsibilities have included clinical affairs, marketing, strategy, and business development. Her particular interests include cost-in-use analysis of innovations, integration of digital and analytical tools into products and services, and development of strategic relationships to address inefficiencies in health care. Popper has a long track record of collaborating with academic innovators and translating technology into the commercial space.
