Early HR decisions can create lasting risk if handled poorly and enable growth if handled well. Led by Blair Slaughter of Delve Consulting, who has worked with multiple exited startups, this seminar explores common HR pitfalls of early-stage companies, where attendees will leave with insights and guidance they can immediately apply in areas such as:

• Hiring the right talent at the right time
• Creating appropriate and motivating compensation and benefits for early hires
• Avoiding risk through basic compliance
• Managing performance issues
• Being confident in your role and the decisions you make as a founder

This will be an interactive session; we encourage you to bring questions to the seminar.
