Life Sciences Technology
Dr. Cusumano has more than 15 years of broad research and industry experience spanning drug discovery/development in oncology, neurodegenerative, and infectious disease. Prior to JHTV, he led Translational Research & Program Management at NextCure, supporting the successful submission of four INDs and continued execution of on-going clinical development. Prior to NextCure he served as a reviewer at the FDA and was VP of Research at Fimbrion Therapeutics. Dr. Cusumano received his Ph.D. in Biochemistry from Washington University in St. Louis.
Zac Cusumano
Healthcare Technology
With decades of experience in medical device/enterprise IT development and health care technologies, DeMur started her career in the operating rooms of two Boston teaching hospitals. She then spent 15 years in product development for a medical equipment technology company in a variety of roles including head of research and development. DeMur joins JHTV coming from GE Healthcare where she held a commercial role for cardio-vascular IT.
