Mentors-in-Residence (MIRs)

MIRs are experienced business professionals who devote regular time to support our entrepreneurs. Their technical expertise and guidance play a critical role in the advancement of our technologies and the formation of sustainable companies.

Network of Entrepreneurs in Science and Technology (NEST)

Comprised of JHTV mentors that provide a particular, valuable perspective or expertise on a volunteer/ad-hoc basis, members of the NEST have also participated as speakers, judges and donors.

Office Hours with Mentors-in-residence

FastForward offers monthly, virtual Office Hours with our Mentors-in Residence. Johns Hopkins innovators are invited to meet online with mentors to discuss a variety of commercialization topics including licensing strategies, customer discovery and market analysis, regulatory matters and intellectual property, market assessments, early stage funding, and navigating the regulatory process.
