The Value Proposition is an intricate part of The Business Model Canvas. It is a positioning statement that explains what benefit you provide for who and how you do it uniquely well. It describes you target buyer, the problem you solve, and why you’re distinctly better than the alternatives.

This class will focus on two blocks: Value Proposition and Customer Segment to help the entrepreneur:

  • DEFINE the problem set to help vet whether it’s a problem worth solving
  • EVALUATE whether your breakthrough is unique and compelling
  • MEASURE potential customer adoption using Gains, Pains, and Insights
  • BUILD the Value Proposition
