10th Annual Mentoring Monday!
Meet and network with our region’s most influential women leaders at the 10th Annual Mentoring Monday event. Join this uplifting community of women empowering other women in programs held in 40 cities across the country from Albany to Honolulu.
The event will kick-off with a video keynote, brought to you by Aprio, from Clara Shih, founder of Hearsay Systems, CEO of Salesforce Service Cloud, and Author of The Facebook Era, followed by rounds of speed coaching.
Mentoring Monday is designed to be a catalyst for meaningful introductions and engaging conversations with businesswomen representing a variety of industries from all over our region. The event will offer the opportunity to choose from over 30 mentors who are the most influential women in the business community for one-on-one and group coaching sessions. We expect every attendee to have the opportunity to meet between one and seven mentors. The quick turnaround is organized chaos which will be fast, fun and fulfilling as everyone gets the chance to meet new people and gain new insights.

Mentors: Each mentor is hand-selected by BBJ from a range of industries. They are founders, CEOs, innovators, and board members. They volunteer their time to help mentees and they have a lot to share!
Mentees: Mentorship is a proven way to increase your career success. This event is for you if you are looking to learn from an experienced group and network with your peers. Mentees can be entry level to experienced business professionals in Baltimore. Tickets are $55.
Format: Timed speed-coaching sessions. Each mentee will stand in front of the mentor of their choice and when the gong sounds, mentees move to the next mentor of their choice.
