The Venture Mentorship Program (VMP) fosters deep engagement with innovators from all nine Johns Hopkins schools, providing business-focused group mentorship to advance emerging technologies.

Through VMP, groups of two to four mentors guide their assigned ventures through the commercialization process about each month. To ensure high-quality engagement, both mentors and mentees must apply to participate.

Leveraging a refined model by MIT, this program provides entrepreneurs with a structured, focused support system of dedicated experts over the course of multiple months. MIT’s program is used nationally by universities and is credited for facilitating very high-value engagements for academic founders.
