Bayer Early Excellence in Science Award: Call for Candidates

With this international science award, Bayer Foundation aims to encourage the work of promising research talents at an early career stage. The award is presented annually in honor of excellent achievements in the following three categories, with prize money of €10,000 each:

Chemistry | Biology | Medical Sciences
Suitable candidates have finished their PhD or MD no longer than 5 years ago. Further information and previous year winners can be found attached and here:

PS: Maybe you noticed that the previous years’ “MATERIALS” category has changed to become the new “MEDICAL SCIENCES” category. This change was made in light of Bayer Foundation’s intent to focus further on Life Science related areas. The new medical sciences category is particularly inviting research talents who are bridging the spheres of Life Sciences and clinical practice for the benefit of patients.

Should you decide to accept our invitation, please submit your proposals until April 30, 2015
by using this on-line nomination form (login: eesa | password: Award_2015).
